Difficult to say with so little info, but "cc" usually stands for "conto corrente". Now, this would make sense if this was something like a hospital admission forms or such like.
Note from asker:
"Current account" is what sprang to my mind too. I just wasn't sure whether it would fit the context. I think I may have to check this with the client and see if they can shed any light on it. |
