thermal break/sub-base
I am not 100% whether I have the correct terminology. However, "sobretabique" is a "Solera de amarre ... el cual deja un vacío que actúa como aislante térmico y permite la ventilación del tabique" hence my using "thermal break" for want of a better term, or perhaps "sub-base". I don't think it would be correctly classified as a "plinth".

Comment: "Gracias por su pronta respuesta y sugerencias. Despues de estudiar el termino de solera de amarre me parecio que algo asi como "wall channel" funcionaria ya que sirve de canal tanto para particiones removibles como para amarrar el tope de muros."
