Umowa o udział artysty w programie. Rozumiem, że chodzi o umieszczenie nazwiska, ale w czym: napisach, czołówce, tyłówce? Jak to ująć ogólnie?

Provided that the Artist has performed all of their material obligations hereunder and provided further that the Artist appears recognisably in the Programme as released, playing the Role in the Programme as set out in the final approved shooting script, the Producer shall accord the Artist credit on all positive copies of the Programme made under the direct control of the Producer subject always to the credit guidelines and practice of the broadcaster. All aspects of such credit and all other matters pertaining to such credit shall be in the Producer's sole discretion. No casual or inadvertent failure by the Producer and no failure of any third party, to accord the Artist such credit shall constitute a breach of this Agreement by the Producer.
