Discussion

Bubo Coroman (X) Jul 15, 2010:
I think it sounds good, also as options: - Please check your e-mail periodically
- Please check your e-mail from time to time

-- because the message will take up to a few months to arrive...
Gabriela Miklińska (asker) Jul 15, 2010:
I had another idea, what do you think about simple "Please check your e-mail regularly"? I just think that "keep a lookout" might be too informal in this context?

Note from asker:
Thank you Andrew. It just seems a little too informal for the context (it's a webpage of an international organization).
Peer comment(s):

neutral Joseph Tein : I agree with Gabriela's comment. I think your suggestion has the right meaning, but would be used in very informal contexts only.

keep informed

By the context it seems to be in a more formal sense. See definitions in the link.
