Bisher musste ein Freibetrag oder Hinzurechnungsbetrag jedes Jahr neu beantragt werden. Für 2011 gilt dafür eine Ausnahme: Ein auf der Lohnsteuerkarte 2010 eingetragener Freibetrrag oder Hinzurechnungsbetrag ist automatisch auch für 20911 gültig, muss also ausnahmsweise nicht neu beantrag werden.
For Freibetrag I'm opting for 'tax-free allowance'. But 'Hinzurechnungsbetrag'?. Its mentioned in Section 39a of the EStG. Has anyone ever found an English translation of the EStG?
