la salsa X es salsa típica el restaurante, por eso la llaman con el nombre del restaurante. El principal problema es "Capeado".

EsterDie - country/region? EsterDie - you don't give much context, and I think in this case it might help to know what country or region this is for. It seems according to other colleagues that "capeado" can mean "battered" (rebozado) in Mexico, while the first thing that came to my mind was, as Noni has posted, "layered X" or even a "stack of X" (layers fits best I think). Could you please provide a variant or region?

While capeado is indeed used to describe dishes which are battered, it isn't always the case, and it can simply be a question of layers (http://www.mis-recetas.org/recetas/show/8509-capeado-de-papa... as in a lasagna. And given the ingredients AND the sauce, I would prefer it not to be battered as well - depends on how "fino" the rest of the menu is!

I've been looking at other items which I deduce to be on Ester's menu (earlier posts), and I stick to my theory that battered is not what we would expect in this context.
