French to English Bus/Financial Accounting
"La rémunération du chef de projet est fixée à 10% du chiffre d'affaires encaissé par la société."

I can't find many references for "turnover received" - I presume here it means the actual sums received. What's the best way to express this in UK english?

They seem to be defining a difference between sales and what is actually banked net of bad debts.
