Lisa, thank you. This was my first option - but since the person is also a Gestora de proyectos - I thought there might be another definition for this - I'm not sure, if there's nothing more specific, I'll probably go for this. |

I think the person has been trained in the aspects of organizing projects and for that reason receives the title of "técnica", I don't know how to indicate this in English except by "specialist"
