Chinese to English Tech/Engineering Mechanics / Mech Engineering Plastic Moulds
I have a doubt on the measure words used for 模具
here I see this one

but before I also saw

what's the difference between 一套模具 and 一付(幅) 模具

See http://dict.revised.moe.edu.tw/ for the definitions of 付 and 套. The definitions are identical.

Note that the alternative form for 付 is 副, not 幅. Both mean “a set”.

However, I would say that the two counters are not interchangeable.
