More context would be helpful What comes to mind is a scan in the case of a gunshot injury or a postmortem in such a case or in the case of an explosion, in which case considerations come to mind such as in the following article:

This would imply that your Hebrew text is missing a י between the ל and the ס and the word would mean ballistic. There would presumably then be a description of the distribution of the ballistics in the bones. But I am just guessing. If you think this is a possible help with your text, I will enter it as a possible answer.

blastic spread in bones

Refers to the increased density of bone seen on x-rays when there is extensive new bone formation due to cancerous destruction of the bone. It appears cloudy on x-rays with an added layer look when compared to unaffected bone.
