COMPANY 1 may carry hull all risks or hull war and allied perils on the Aircraft in excess of the Agreed Value only to the extent such excess insurance which would be payable to COMPANY 1 in the event of a Total Loss does not exceed One Hundred Five percent (105%) of the Agreed Value and only to the extent that such additional insurance will not prejudice the insurances required herein or the recovery by COMPANY 2 or any other Indemnitee thereunder.
