Spanish term

el máximo de pérdida de simplicidad

Spanish to English Medical Medical (general) HIV treatment
Hello everybody

Once more, I would appreciate any help on this term as I am trying to find a neat way of translating this into English.

Here is the context:

Thank you!

SNC = Central Nervous System

maximum simplicity loss

Why not?
Peer comment(s):

disagree Ashley Wans : This is too literal, given the context. It makes very little sense in English to say "simplicity loss".

maximum loss of simplicity

seems to me that simplicidad here means simplicity.

I think it is a question of patients not being to confused by the complexity of their medication, not really a question of convenience but not becoming confused by too many pills and too many times of the day, etc.

It sounds OK to me, and has the added benefit of being a correct translation, which always helps.
Note from asker:
Yes, I know, but it does not really sound natural in English, does it?
