You are probably quite right and I am sure you are familiar with your subject matter, but "com a entrada de embarcação " doesn't say that. Could you be missing something? No insult meant or intended. I'm only trying to understand the phrase

Embarcação Não se tratando de barco (ship, vessel or boat), outro significado de embarcação seria "embarkation".
