Asker: Bonjour Claire.. Merci pour cette réponse. Gastro/Gastronomie Branche , Schweizer Gastronomie... : j'hésitais notamment entre secteur de la gastronomie et secteur de la restauration..J'avais trouvé presque autant d'occurences des deux termes.. ???

Explanation:
Ich hadere noch mit der Formulierung, vielleicht findet ein Muttersprachler noch eine bessere.
Im Prinzip gehe ich aber davon aus, dass hier Großpackungen für die Gastronomie gemeint sind, die über die bekannten Distributionskanäle vertrieben werden, im Gegensatz zu den kleinen Paketen/Gläsern mit geringerem Inhalt, die aus dem Supermarkt bekannt sind.

Les produits McCORMICK sont disponibles en gros paquets dans notre gamme « gastronomie»; ceux-ci sont destinés aux hôpitaux, hôtels et restaurants. La vente est effectuée surtout par les grossistes de la gastronomie ainsi que les magasins « Cash & Carry ». Le supermarché « Manor » dispose également d'un petit assortiment.

"en gros" ist eigentlich der Ausdruck. in Gastro-relevanten Grössen: Man verkauft/kauft en gros im Gegensatz zu "en demi-gros" oder "en detail".

Ich ändere also meinen Vorschlag zu "en gros pour la restauration". (-> Claire: restauration/gastronomie)
