These are little toys that come from Kinder Surprises.

I think the way they work is to pull the cord at the back and it launches the "elica" in the air and you have to see how long or how far it can fly.
I have no idea what this game is called in English! Does anyone know if it has a special name?
I suppose if they were bigger and you just had to launch it yourself, it would be a frisbee.
