3) ** WORKS PROGRAMME **

When the building works and activity permit for the HOTEL has been applied for, THE LESSOR within 15 banking days will draw up the ** Works Programme ** and will inform to THE LESSEE of its status of preparation by means of the forwarding of drafts so that the latter, should it consider this necessary, can insert modifications and/or clarifications which, should agreement be reached, will be included in its final version.

THE LESSEE will declare its approval or rejection of the ** Works Programme ** in the maximum period of three (3) weeks from the date on which THE LESSOR has submitted it for its consideration. In the event of THE LESSEE not agreeing with the considerations of THE LESSE, it will submit the issue to the technical arbitration under the Contract so that the latter can decide upon the suitability of the Works Programme for the Basic Project approved by THE LESSEE and, as the case may be, agree on the appropriate modifications.

5) BUILDING WORKS SCHEDULE

The LESSOR will provide the building works schedule (“the Building Works Schedule”) to THE LESSE, together with the proposal for the ** Works Programme **.

THE LESSE undertakes not to interfere in the progress of the Building Works and, in particular, not to give instructions to the contractors or the staff of the project. Notwithstanding this provision, THE LESSE will be entitled to visit the Building Works and undertake monitoring of these in the manner that the technicians of THE LESSE and THE LESSOR agree upon.

"Works Programme" in Kombination mit "Building Works Schedule" macht mir ein wenig zu schaffen. Bei Baumodalitäten fehlt mir leider die Erfahrung. Für "Building works schedule" habe ich "Bauablaufplan" gefunden. Wie könnte man "Works programme" übersetzen, dass das Ganze einen Sinn ergibt? "Festlegung/Planung der einzelnen Arbeitsschritte"?
