Slovak to English Tech/Engineering Transport / Transportation / Shipping technical documentation regarding traffic

Dear colleagues

I am translating a document from English to Swedish but the original language I Slovak and I haves some problems understanding what certain abbreviations stand for. Unfortunately according to the project rules I have to find the equivalent for them in my own Language. I the sentence bellow I cannot find what ČSVTS means.
