How many times have we been working on germ hydrocyclone processing lines and had a quick connect coupling come loose and something go flying or someone get sprayed with slurry? In April an employee was struck by a valve on a germ hydrocyclone line when a coupling came loose.

SLURRY (in this instance) is the starch water solution that gets processed by the HYDROCYCLONE.
