This comes from a delegation of powers document between the Chairman and Deputy CEO of a company.
Il sera en mesure de libérer, accepter, endosser............opposer un refus pour non acceptation ou non paiement, approuver ou contester sur tout type de compte.
I get the impression it's to do with the dishonouring of cheques, bills of exchange etc. but not sure how to word it (assuming this is correct).
