French term

acheminement des dotations

French to English Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s)
A pharmaceutical company XX that produces nutritional supplements has entered into an agreement for another pharmaceutical company YY to market and promote its products to hospitals and clinics. In return for the services provided, XX will pay YY a fixed fee to cover "Les primes versées aux délégués, les **acheminements des dotations** livrées par XX sur la plateforme de YY et le reporting mensuel fourni a XX conformément a annexe ZZ". I have left the fields the same as for my previous question so hope that they still apply.

Yes, thanks Phil. I'll ask the client for more information. I just thought it best to check with others first to make sure I'm not missing an obvious point in case it's a common term in the industry.
philgoddard Dec 6, 2011:
Thanks. But if the client can tell you what the délégués and the plateforme are, can't they tell you what the dotations are too? At the moment we don't have enough context to answer the question, though this is not your fault.
Sarah Russell (asker) Dec 6, 2011:
It would seem that the 'platform' is the e-learning platform that will be used to train YY's sales reps.
Sarah Russell (asker) Dec 6, 2011:
I believe the délégués are the sales reps (am checking this point with the client) but am afraid that there is no further information on the platform; it's a stand-alone bullet point in the agreement.
philgoddard Dec 6, 2011:
Who are the délégués, and what is la plateforme?
