A pharmaceutical company XX that produces nutritional supplements has entered into an agreement for another pharmaceutical company YY to market and promote its products to hospitals and clinics. In return for the services provided, XX will pay YY a fixed fee to cover "Les primes versées aux délégués, les **acheminements des dotations** livrées par XX sur la plateforme de YY et le reporting mensuel fourni a XX conformément a annexe ZZ".
