You are right, Cilian. Indeed, it is not volume, but concentration. I am thinking if this is some kind of specifying the minimum extractable volume = 0.09 mL in an indirect way,,, Of course, I am aware that this would be a rather unusual thing to do... so I do not have the complete explanation yet,,, just what the translation is most likely to be.

> 0.09 mL The > 0.09 mL could possibly be a condition on the "extractable volume" being as specified. That is, if the volume is no at leaslt 0.09 mL, then the extractable volume might be less than 40 mg/mL.
