What is the difference between a "bulk" and a "portfolio" sale?
A "bulk" sale refers to the selling of multiple individual domains either separately or together. These domains may or may not be related to one another. The value of each domain is independent of the whole collection.
A "portfolio" sale refers to the sale of a collection of domains at one time. Portfolio sales range in size with no limit to how large they may be. Valuation and pricing of a portfolio is based on the cash flow the portfolio generates and expectations for future growth; similar to how an operating business is valued. Domains are not valued individually.
