I have come across "-fiktion" or fiktive used in financial documents to mean "notional". This is supported by Zahn's (Bank- und Boersenwesen" translation of "fiktive Anleihe" as "notional bond"

"presumed/assumed" fair value
See my response to another question about Teilwert. The concept of "Teilwert" is a tax fiction, i.e., it is an assumed value used for tax purposes, here, for determining a gain or loss on the asset transfer.
You'll have to paraphrase a bit to make it work, e.g., something like "For finite-lived assets, the assumed fair value (cost less cumulative depreciation/amortization) is used (to determine the gain or loss on the capital withdrawal/contribution).
