retrospectively updated Explanation: "Retrospectively updated", or "Updated retrospectively" ,and for the second simply ".... the 2004 update". More or less. Here as I understand la "carga de datos" is the "update"..., I would not use "loading the update, or the data", just simply the "update" already implies that it is being "loaded" (cargado) in the data base. Just my point of view. HIH. Anne. |

(that the) data should be entered retrospectively Explanation: As this is the first time the data is being 'entered' into the database (transferring from hard copy to electronic copy), it appears to me to be simply 'data entry'. The second instance would be "in 2007 they are finalizing the data entry from 2004"... Just another interpretation. |

data which was loaded retroactively (or in a retroactive way) Explanation: retroactive is an english word, but it does not show its correlative "retroactively" as it should exist in dictionaries, because it would mean "done in a retroactive way". But it is nonetheless, the right word in this case. |
