Spanish to English Medical Medical (general) Medical report

This question has been asked before but in a different context. In this case PEO is not an SOP. (In any case, in Spain, SOPS are usually referred to as PNTs).

I believe from the context that the "P" stands for prueba, as it refers to it in the feminine form, but the rest is a mystery to me.

It appears in these two paragraphs...

Desde hace tres años se aprecia episodios de dolor toracico esporadico, ocasionalmente irradiado a ambos hombros y manos. De catheter opresivo, solia tener una duración de 30- 40 segundos. No se acompañaba de otro tipo de manifestations. Fue valorado por Cardiologia, sin detectarse ninguna patologia asociada tras la realizacion de Eco-cardio, ECG, ergometria y Halter. Por tal motivo se sometio a una **PEO** (12/04/2012) en la que se aprecian dos lesiones polipoideas erosionadas a nivel de la union gastroesofagica, sin otro tipo de alteraciones a nivel esofagico, gastrico o duodenal.

Se repite la **PEO** en otra institution. En ella se objetiva un area de mucosa discretamente
irregular, a 40 cm de la arcada dentaria, a nivel del area de transition epitelial, sobre una pequeña
hernia hiatal.
