конечный пункт доставки
При комбинированных перевозках порт выгрузки является промежуточным пунктом. Конечный пункт доставки не будет портом, а может быть ж.д. терминалом внутри страны. Поэтому в этом пункте и оговариваются условия оплаты перевозки до конечного пункта по ж.д.
