Czech term

ACB ad RIA (LIMA) et RDI et RIVP autovenosus

Czech to English Medical Medical (general) Heart disease
The above is written in a Czech medical report about a patient with heart disease. This bypass surgery is the key to the whole report, in my opinion, and I am struggling how to translate it into English. I realize most of the words are Latin but this comes from a Czech physician.

I am having the biggest problems with "RDI", cannot find what this is in English. But if anyone can translate the whole phrase, I would appreciate that too!

Sincerely,

Stephen

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Thahks, Liz! I used your suggestion and yes, I do think RDI means 1st diagonal branch, because later in the report "RDII" is also mentioned "2nd diagonal branch". Stephen"
