Lo único similar que encontré fue "Posible" pero no concuerda con el contexto.

Yes, I think Maria knows the correct meaning of the acronym. I was thinking about a phrase similar to yours, maybe "Upon Your Honor's order I am writing to...."

Thanks. If Maria's suggestion is correct, you could loosely translate it as "by order of the judge/court", but I'm not sure.

Hi, Philgoddard. The Court is writing in response to a request from a Governmental Agency, the Agency of Criminal Checks, reporting whether an individual has criminal background or not.

Who is the court writing to? Maria's answer looks convincing, but she hasn't given a translation, and I'm not clear whether "su" means "his/her" or "you".
