ugghhhh...I'm thinking: Because we believe that the decision to "give knowledge" is the most important act that a manager can achieve during his career.
This is a translation of a website offering courses for managers or middle/upper management. The "far sapere" is throwing me for a loop. I think the courses could be for the managers themselves so give knowledge doesnt work. It could be learn also, it could be just: the decision to learn. Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.

: "impart knowledge" At school I was told that the term "know-how" was invented in the 20s and 30s by certain entrepreneurs who found the longer word technology too difficult.// say no more ;-) // However it is "fa sapere" and not "fa saper fare"

True, though perhaps that has the slight suggestion of leaving it behind, rather than using it as the most important function of management.
