Italian term

a decorso marginale

Italian to English Medical Medical (general) cartella clinica
From a coronary CT, the following is included in the evaluation of the left coronary artery:

Arteria circonflessa a decorso "marginale" con placca mista.

I'm having difficulty placing exactly where the plaque is. Thanks!

Since it is "con", I assume that 'marginale' refers to the marginal artery or marginal branch of the circumflex artery (and 'Arteria circonflessa' to all of the vascular network of the circumflex artery, including its branches).
