In case the debtor doesn't keep up the payment schedule the lender can ask for the immediate repayment of the whole loan (plus penalties) - that's the "account settlement" in this ST.
But "account settlement" / "zatvaranje kredita" could also happen if the borrower decides to repay the remaining loan in full immediately, in which case it would also called "early repayment": "prevremena otplata kredita" / "prevremeno zatvaranje kredita"
