Bad french word ? I guess that there is nothing to do with control stick. Better to search on the side of hoist, sling or refuelling operation... on a helicopter decking area.

Presumably... ...this is the point at which the helicopter pilot takes over control of the movement of her/his craft from the ground crew? Would that make sense?
