From an IT Service Contract between a group of Mexican companies and a multi-national IT Service Provider:

“13. Procesos Referenciales (Benchmarking)

13A. Proceso Referencial Informal.

No antes de cumplirse doce (12) meses de la Fecha de Firma, y a partir de entonces a cada doce (12) meses contados a partir de la última Revisión Informal (como se describe más adelante), el Cliente podrá requerir al Proveedor que realice una revisión de los Honorarios para compararlos con los precios ofrecidos en el mercado para Servicios similares (la “Revisión Informal”).”
