No annexes were provided with the Contract.
The list of definitions confirms that CTR stands for "Costs, Time, Resources".
Can this be translated as: "- For optional CTRs compensated on a fixed-price basis", or should we talk about "CTR activities", "CTR programme", or something else?

Thanking you in advance for your feedback.

Nikki Scott-Despaigne May 20, 2013:
Probably just a copy/paste error.
philgoddard May 20, 2013:
Thanks for spotting that, writeaway.
writeaway May 20, 2013:
CTR has already been asked several times and this is the second question with rémunérés au forfait. You should narrow your questions down to the term actually still being sought.

fixed-price optional CTR studies

CTR is:
A document that describes each major element in the work breakdown structure, including a statement of work (SOW) describing the work content, resources required, the time frame of the work element and a cost estimate.

In this context, this probably refers to the preparation of these studies:
"Dix pour cent (10%), du montant de ces CTR seront payés à la remise du dossier final de l'étude" after its approval by the customer.

Note from asker:
Thank you, Sangro, for your explanation. I realise that I did ask several times about CTR and 'au forfait' etc. This is because I know the meaning of the words individually, but am not always confident as to how to put them together in certain contexts (I was not familiar with CTRs, up to recently). Thank you again.
