Dzięki za wszelkie wysiłki, naprawdę doceniam zaangażowanie. Próbowałem dowiadywać się u klienta, ale na wszystkie pytania otrzymywałem odpowiedź, że przecież tłumacz słowacki znalazł wszystko w internecie.

Guidance on the Transfer of Personnel 4.2.1 Embarkation/Disembarkation
The means of embarking and disembarking personnel to and from the crew boat at either end of the transit is very important. This should be conducted in as safe a manner as possible, as it can prove to be the most hazardous part of the operation.

In practice, personnel transfer by crew boat may also include transfer by small boat, basket, gangway, surfer or accommodation ladder.

When the crew boat comes alongside a vessel or offshore structure, relative movement should be taken into consideration, as should the relative heights of the decks between which personnel transfer is made. Assistance should be available at either end of the personnel transfer and there should be an experienced person present to supervise the moment of transfer and maintain communications with the bridge. Personnel should only step across with the ability to freely use both hands and some form of hand rail or support should be provided. Where necessary there should be access in or through bulwarks using movable gates, such that personnel need not climb over rails or bulwarks during transfer.

ale "overstep" nie dotyczy „przemieszczenia ładunku na inny pokład”, tylko członków załogi, bezpiecznie przekraczających odległość między tymi jednostkami.

Obydwie jednostki (bunker gig and sea-going vessel) się kołyszą, i jest między nimi różnicz poziomów, trzeba wyczekać odpowiedni moment i "overstep" na drugi ...

myślę.. na razie ;)... że "overstep" nie ma w kontekście jakiegoś szczególnego znaczenia w terminologii "morsko-transportowej"; instrukcja opisuje tu warunki bezpiecznego "zapokładowania" ;), a jednym z warunków jest - bezpieczne przemieszczenie <strike><font color="red">ładunku</font></strike> na inny pokład (chociaż, pewnie lepiej byłoby - overstepping).
... ale szukam dalej, bo może okazać się, że jest to ... <marquee behavior="scroll" direction="down"> <font color="green">trap wielopoziomowy, sterowany podczerwienią...</font></marquee>
