@ Asker Clearly as Meir has said, 'cubical' is an error for 'cubicle', which is a special kind of unit in electrical distribution, with a very specific translation.

The word order is slightly confusing, but I think it needs to be interpreted as 'the drawer in the cubicle (a kind of module) that forms part of the electrical distribution cabinet' — and the translation adopted needs to reflect all of that; in particular, there is a specific translation for 'cubicle' (readily found via some elementary research) and IMHO as an electrical engineer, it is VITAL to incorporate this into the expression used.
