Dans le titre, vous pouvez utiliser soit:

Exemples d'opérations capitalisées et passées en charges

"capitalisées" pouvant être considéré comme un anglicisme (cf. votre question suivante), il serait plus juste d'employer "immobilisées" ou "inscrites à l'actif".

Par ailleurs, je crois qu'on ne perd rien à réduire le titre à de simples Exemples d'immobilisations et de charges
