Fractional exponents Explanation: I assume that "potencias" means "power". You could include it in the title as "powers of fractional exponents" but this feels weird to me. Presumably "potencias" also it appears in the definition. It might be worth pointing out to the author in case their was some pedagogical reason that they wished to include "potencias" in the title.
