Could anybody explain the difference between "Bone in Lamb square cut shoulder" and "Bone in Lamb shoulder oyster cut" - I understand there is a difference between the way the meat is cut. The document I am checking shows the translation into Portuguese-BR for both terms as: Paleta de cordeiro com osso .
