OK, but what is it – from an optometrist, from a physician, from the patient, an invoice, a medical report (and if so, from the diagnoses section, diagnostics, therapy, surgery, complications...), a prescription...? IOW, are we looking for a type of illness, of diagnostic procedure, of surgery, financial/administrative code, etc.
