I would avoid the official terms as they are not well known outside the medical profession, and say: " unusual adverse reactions include severe blistering of the epidermis"; pictures are available if you google it.

The new proposed category is "Chronic blistering skin disorder" - no numbers assigned as yet. This is where Liz saw both 'bullous dermatosis' and 'bullous dermatitis' listed as synonyms, among others.
