At this late stage, after getting buried in my power tools all weekend, I'll just add this. It seems to be a field heading or the like, tho this is a guess without more context.
But, matching the Swe definition, I'd say the correct term is 'insured event' or 'qualifying event' (which I think is more US). Since this is IT manual stuff, you can refer to SAP to see what they use (as in 'insured event' http://help.sap.com/saphelp_pm50/helpdata/EN/48/3da4e6d3c572...
