bulunmayan kelimeler

Non-PRO Turkish to English Other Other Survey responses
Başarıyı kabul edip abartmadan sahibine teslim eden “çok iyi,” başarsızlıkta blame game'de bulunmayan kelimeler.

My problem is that I can't 100% figure out if bulunmayan kelimeler refers to both basariyi and basarsizlik or just to basarsizlik; probably the latter but I'd appreciate some opinions.

So the translation could be either:

a) Accepting success without exaggerating and without saying words [like] “very good” to the person delivering to the owner, [and using] “blame game” words, in case of failure.

OR

b) Accepting success without exaggerating by saying "very good” to the person delivering to the owner, [and] without words of a “blame game,” in case of failure.

Turker --- thanks again. I think you just solved my source of confusion. I really appreciate it.
Türker Türkbayrak Dec 20, 2013:
In case of success, "Very good" words admitting one's success without exaggerating; in case of failure, words which do not involve blame game.
Türker Türkbayrak Dec 20, 2013:
In fact I forgot to tell you to rearrange my complex expression :(. I only tried to explain the meaning, not to provide a translation suggestion.

Here "teslim etmek" does not mean "deliver". It means to admit or acknowledge.
Harold Lemel (asker) Dec 20, 2013:
Thanks Turker! I like what you are proposing...It makes sense, but there are two things. I'm supposed to do a more or less verbatim of this comment without adding too much in terms of explanatory words, etc., and second how would you fit "sahibine teslim eden" into your proposed translation.\?
Türker Türkbayrak Dec 20, 2013:
In case of success, people say "Very good" admitting his success without exaggerating, in case of failure people express their thought by some words but they don't use words which would mean 'blame game'.
Harold Lemel (asker) Dec 20, 2013:
I agree!! I've been breaking my head over this one.... Totally ambiguous. I just have to render it somehow...as close as possible to what would make sense (out of nonsense :).

The sentence in Turkish makes no sense at all.

"One accepting the achievement and delivering it to its owner without exaggeration is "very good" and the words missing in Blame Game" in case of a failure"
Peer comment(s):

disagree Tim Drayton : In my opinion, 'blame game'de bulunmak' is used here as a phrase meaning 'engage in the blame game'.

disagree Kim Metzger : Only problem is the target language is English, and this wouldn't make any sense to an English speaker.
