The term "inconsulto Ordinario" appears in a decision by an Ecclesiastic Court in Italy within the following sentence:
"Vista la proibizione di passare a nuove nozze inconsulto Ordinario stabilita dalla sentenza per le parti";
having considered the joint application by the spouses, the Court decrees to remove the [above] prohibition.
