"Deep seated landslides" for example move just a few metres a year, similar to a glacier. The wiki page you cited actually talks of "Landslide prediction mapping
Landslide hazard analysis and mapping can provide useful information for catastrophic loss reduction, and assist in the development of guidelines for sustainable land use planning. The analysis is used to identify the factors that are related to landslides... "

Credo quindi che non si tratta di frane (già avvenute), ma di possibili frane, quindi di aree soggette a pericolosi slittamenti/movimenti del terreno ancora da venire/futuri

@Paola I was about to post "landslide map", but I see you have suggested it here. Why don't you post it? Of course the very slow landslides are landslip, but I think "landslide map" will do anyway.
