English to Polish Tech/Engineering Energy / Power Generation kocioł pyłowy walczakow

Replacement of 12” section local above crown box (20 off) at Outlet safe End (OSE) ( 2-off welds) on remaining elements
Preparation for NDT of 60 Tubes on the OSE 900 bend extrados.
Tubes to be advised by Purchaser.
Replacement off tube section OSE to outlet header stub following NDT examination.
Tube 1 only on 30 off elements
Cut new insert to required length and prepare ends for welding
Fit replacement tube and weld.
All welds will be subject to volumetric NDT.
Fit and weld tube ties if required.
Repairs to crown box welds and crown box top to tube seal weld ( allow for 5m of weld spread over the remaining elements)
