Wiktionary says it is a verb in Aramaic meaning to be modest, to be bashful
Someone else suggested the word 'correct', either thinking it was a typo or having a better idea of the context.
Since this document will be used as testimony in a court case and the person who suggested the meaning "correct" is an interested party, I am not sure I can rely on his opinion unless I get it confirmed by other sources.
The writer of the fax frequently puts in Aramaic phrases with which I am not familiar.

It's virtually certain that this is a spelling error: Jastrow's dictionary contains no relevant entry, and a search shows that the word "נכף" simply does not appear in classical sources in such a context (and barely appears at all even when diacriticized such that the meaning is different).
The root נ-ק-פ is used commonly enough in Judaeo-Aramaic for hitting or striking, so the meaning here probably is "he struck out" or, if this is a response, "he struck back."

I'd suspect the spelling as well, as "מוסג" should be "מושג"...
