This is from a report of a child's eye examination:
" Esame visivo funzionale: lieve ipermetropia con lieve astigmatismo non suscettibili di prescrizione ottica né contattologica ..."
I think this is saying that the conditions found cannot be treated/corrected with glasses or contact lenses ... is this right? How would you phrase the whole sentence?

clearly an astigmatism needs to be corrected, but this may be so mild (or one sided) that it couldnt be corrected with a lens..eg "An irregular astigmatism cannot be corrected by a lens" see 'Glasses' section of
