Bonjour à tous,

Je dois traduire la phrase suivante : 'we aim to nurture a growing pool of trained people'

Je ne sais pas comment traduire "growing pool" .
"Un contingent croissant de personnes formées" serait-il acceptable ? "contingent" n'a-t-il pas une connotation spécifiquement militaire ? Je n'ai pas d'autre idée...
