Italian term

capitale sociale € xxx.xxx i.v. composto da n. xxx.xxx azioni v.n.

Italian to English Law/Patents Finance (general) azioni v.n.
This is a legal financial contract, and this sentences appears in the preamble, where the companies are described. I know "i.v.", but can't find "v.n." anywhere.

Thanks.
